CloudCover – Our wrap around Support service that may encompass other elements of cover and extends support further. A schedule is provided defining the level of cover and support provided. Support is mostly carried our remotely, but where necessary Engineers may visit the site location to resolve an issue.

CloudBreak – Hardware Break/Fix maintenance cover. Hardware listed on the schedule is covered in the event of failure. We will diagnose and attempt to rectify any Hardware issues. If the Hardware Item is faulty it will be replaced without further charge for the Hardware or Site Visit.
